TRESSS is a US manufacturer of engineered movable pool floors and smart plunge pools. One surface sets to any depth you choose, closes flush to become walkable, and gives a luxury home its terrace back for the months a pool would otherwise sit covered.

How we work
A surface for any season, any purpose
A conventional pool takes the best part of the garden and holds it, then spends winter under a cover. Ours gives it back. The floor sets to a full plunge, a shallow soak or flush with the terrace, and the water stays inside the pool throughout.
- Engineer it properlyThe system had to be precise before it could be beautiful. Structure, mechanics and controls are designed to be lived with daily, not demonstrated once.
- Build it to disappearA TRESSS floor is detailed to sit inside the architecture, flush with the terrace and without the plant boxes and covers that usually give a pool away.
- Stand behind itWe monitor our installations, service them regularly and answer for them afterwards. The relationship does not end when the water goes in.

The structure that carries the surface, and everyone standing on it
Built to a standard
The floor is a structural platform, certified to ASTM so it holds people safely when it is closed. Depth is selectable to eight feet, and the change happens in seconds with the water displaced inside the pool rather than drained away.
Insulation and mechanical design are specified for all-season use, so an installation keeps working through a cold winter instead of being shut down each autumn.
